Man.. 2 pages already and no mention of Doug Bradley??

C'mon.. you know.. PinHead.. the man who got to speak the best horror movie catch-line of all time..

"We'll tear your soul.. apart!" :D

HellRaiser's Cenobites were always kewl in my book (in the 80's horror-flick cheesy way).. well, at least the original 4.. hehehe..

Pinhead, Chatterer, Butterball.. and the infamous, never-named "female" cenobite

wow, how original.. she was one of the better ones.. she deserved a name moreso than 'Chatterer'

Pinhead, that's right.

Forgot about him.

Didn't Neu borrow his jacket for the Matrix?

If you really want to go back in time, remember the haunted, black, homicidal sedan in the movie "The Car"?

It was way before Christine.

ChAiNz man, it's not igy's fault he was just born. However, I think I found another grey in my beard. Oh wait, that's a nose hair.

I was just about to get kicked out of my first college in 1987. Sheesh, where does the time go?

Hmmm. That's interesting. I recently saw a movie about three teenagers being chased by a black cadilac, the movie was called ''The Black Cadilac'' (beleive it, or not). Could it be some sort of remake? Although the car wasn't haunted in this movie, it was only driven by some psychos (I didn't even watch it 'till the end, I was too tired and had to go to sleep).

Holy God 3 pages already....Im late on this one hehehe.

Heres my list.

1. The Sherriff of Nottingham- Alan Rickman. He was sophisticated, sarcastic, and dowright rotten. Rickman turned the character into a total badass, and if he didn't win an award for his performance, should have, because Kevin Costner's ability as Robin Hood with an American accent was just ridiculous. Rickman Made this movie a classic.

2. The Emperor Palpatine- Ian Mcdiarmid. Well whats there to say, Palpatine orchestrated galactic events, including starting and commanding both sides of a war for one purpose....to gain ultimate power, and eliminate all his enemies in a single glorious day, and Mcdiarmid played the role perfectly.

3. Lord Voldemort-Ralph Fiennes. Even though the character was only truly given life in the the last film Goblet of Fire, I felt that he was perfectly evil, and oozing with the overconfidence that any great movie villain should posess. He also had the fear, and respect of his followers which came to his beckon and call, and yet cowered in fear of his wrath. Fiennes was extraordinary in putting the right amount of venom into this archvillain.

4. Jason Isaacs as both Lucius Malfoy, from the HArry Potter series, who was cold manipulative, cruel and elitist. As well as Colonel John Tavington in the Patriot. Isaacs made the big screen version of Lucius match his novel counterpart, which is rare. And as TAvington was just downright maniacal.

5. Dick Jones- OCP Senior President Robocop- Played by Ronny Cox. I enjoyed this character very much. Abuse of power, bribery, corporate bullying, backstabbing and assaination. Dick Jones was the ultimate evil unscrupulous businessman. He even used his high powered position to employ the city of Detroits most lethal and powerful crim Boss Clarence Boddicker (who on a sidenote was also an excellent villain played by Kurtwood Smith.) Cox brought this character to life with the right amount of "you can't get me because I'm rich" attitude, combined with cold heartless determination.

The next few Im going to name I really don't feel like explaining each on some im just going to list a few I liked.

1. The Jackal-Bruce Willis-The JAckal

2. Thulsa Doom- James Earl Jones-Conan

3. Bavmorda- Jean Marsh- Willow

4. SAruman- Christopher Lee-Lotr

5. Dracula- Gary Oldman-Dracula

6. Skeletor- Frank Langella- MAsters Of the universe

7. Great White Shark-Bruce The Shark-JAWS

8. Franz Sanchez-Robert Davi- Lisence to Kill

9. Blofeld-All the actors-007

10. Lamarr Burgess-Max Von Sydow- Minority Report

11. Ming The MErciless-Max Von Sydow-Flash Gordon

Wow! Three pages of posts, and no one has mentioned my favorite: Kaiser Sose from "the Usual Suspects"!

Those who have seen it know who plays him, so I'm not going to ruin the ending for those who haven't!

Flash Gordon was actually on TV last night. It's been quite a while since I've seen it. I'd forgotten how ridiculous it was. I found myself laughing hysterically at times.

Blatant sexual overtones saturated this film. I also forgot how hot Ming's daughter was. I loved the scene where she was being tortured while strapped face down with those metal clamps shaped like hands, while wearing that hot-red, tight body suit. :drool1:

Ming was definately merciless. Anyone villainous enough to watch their own daughter being tortured, while snacking no less, has got to rank up there near the top.

Clitus: "Bring me the bore worms."

Aurora: "Nooo! Not the bore worms!"

On Topic: Can The Nothing from the film Neverending Story be considered a villain?

Okay, I'm going waaay back here--Sydney Greenstreet as Kasper Gutman in The Maltese Falcon.

Good choice! How about James Mason as Van Damme in "North by Northwest"? Super suave!
