i am asked that all the time, and my reply is always "fine, how about yourself?" now im looking for a witty reply that would leave them curious, shocked, or laughing, and am curious if anyone knows any good replies to this question?

hehe, I've got a great one. Just say "They tell me I'm pretty damn good. In fact, some say I'm the best they've ever had." I've used this one quite a few times myself, it's an awesome smart-ass comment.

In high school, I saw my pre-cal teacher in the hall and asked him how it was going and he said slowly. That's like the only conversation I had with the guy.

 

I guess you could cut them off and tag on "so good looking?" to the end of their question.

Well, actually I was absent from LF for a few days, due to my kid having accidentally supercharged the ions of a closed space by using the wrong setting on the microwave to heat some popcorn and ripped a temporary hole in the time/space continuum, and repeated visits by future possible incarnations of myself left me in a state of hyperparanoid paralysis until today, when the microwave repairman arrived.
