Terran I
This thread is dedicated to older games those from sega, nintendo, super nintendo... You can download them from these sites and play them on your PC. Sites are: *yoink* or *yoink* But to play them you must download emulators, you can find them here: *yoink* It has been a very long time since I played these games, so I was overjoyed! Tell me what you think about them. WARNING I don't know how safe these sites are so if you don't have any antivirus program I would advise you not to enter! EDIT: I forgot to say that the games are called ROMS. roms of sega, nes and snes games are not abandonware and LF doesn't like people linking to such sites ~ lynk
HerbieZ
A site i trust is http://www.abandonia.com/index2.php very reliable and always updated. Though some games cannot be downloaded, this site is completely legal and supports anti-piracy laws etc.

Terran I
@milojmiles Emulators are programs that are used to play rom games. If that was not your question than elaborate.
Jae Onasi
Atari has a CD out with with 80 games from the arcades and 2600. I picked mine up at Best Buy but I'm guessing atari.com would have it. It has Pong, Asteroids, Yar's Revenge, and my favorite, Circus Atari, among others.

Terran I
No that would be illegal. Well the game is around 10 years old, so I thought That by now you could download it for free, and in my country I can't find it anywhere! I eve doubt that it is being sold anywhere in the world, and there have been 2 games published since than, Warcraft 3 and expansion, and now World of Warcraft! But are you sure that it is illegal or are you just assuming it is? Please answer me so that I would Know!
Samnmax221
Blizzard Entertainment is still a functioning company, and as such it is not abandonware.

Maverick5770
Just becaus e a company is still functioning doesn't mean they can't have abandon ware. Just look at Commander Keen, to a certain degree that company is still running.
milo
@milojmiles Emulators are programs that are used to play rom games. If that was not your question than elaborate. Huh? It wasn't really a question. I'm just expressing my dislike for emulators. Personally, I'd much rather play a game on the original system it came out for, not on a computer. edit: Isn't posting links to a roms site against forum rules anyway?
