It's done on all planets, and by all accounts looks quite odd. Not much sense in stuff like that appearing out of thin air just for killing things or talking to people, but it had to be implemented somehow. And if you already have a lightaber, instead of cyrstals and parts, you get actual lightsabers. I was pretty shocked when, after helping save the Refugees from the Exchange and the Serrco gang in Nar Shadda when the Refugee leader handed me a lightsaber. Well, if you already got a powerful weapon, why not go and slay those people yourself, or sell it off to make a ton of credits to buy your way out?
