itchythesamurai Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 But it always comes back. That's a good kitty in my book, Byakko.
Samuel Dravis Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 It is having a bad hair day, at least that is my opinion. I say we put it in the shower.
TechnoTabby Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 I tried to take my kitty a shower once..he was terrified and he bear huged my neck and I learned that cats have good grip once they're lached on to something....I have not tried to give him a shower since.
Miss_Mayhem Posted August 4, 2007 Author Posted August 4, 2007 Tabby, swing by monday and gimme the kitty - mkay? And is that why you cat smells? If you haven't noticed, you should plunge your nose into that cat's fuzzy stomach so maybe you can understand.
Reclaimer Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 I tried to take my kitty a shower once..he was terrified and he bear huged my neck and I learned that cats have good grip once they're lached on to something....I have not tried to give him a shower since. That's why I don't like cats.
Miss_Mayhem Posted August 4, 2007 Author Posted August 4, 2007 You can just spray the cat with body-mist or after-shave or sumthin'.
JoeDoe 2.0 Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 I once decided to deceive my kitty into getting a bath, lol afterwards, my whole face and arms were full of slashes
itchythesamurai Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 you get used to them *shrugs* Or you follow my example and get allergy shots for approximately seven years! Allergic to cats and dogs, but have had them in my house my whole life. Too dern lovable they are.
Miss_Mayhem Posted August 5, 2007 Author Posted August 5, 2007 Yes, let Itchy be your role-model. And there are antihistamine tablets you can pop too.
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted August 5, 2007 Posted August 5, 2007 Yeah itchy you should just swig Benadryl all day.
Miss_Mayhem Posted August 6, 2007 Author Posted August 6, 2007 It honestly doesn't do much to you. Unless you're really 'frail', Benadryl wont even make you the least bit drowsy.
itchythesamurai Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 Benadryl actually makes me unable to sleep. Figured that out after years of my parents using it to try to make me drowsy. Good times. And I wholeheartedly believe that this is the best way to clean a cat.
