RyanFialcowitz
I've collected three Star Maps and haven't been able to advance the quest since the first one. Every since I got the quest regarding her mother I haven't been given any dialogs that would advance the romance quest. Her quest is still active though. Any ideas? -Ryan P. Inyri
Did you do the quest regarding her mother?
RyanFialcowitz
Yep, and she kept The Holocron. I've played dark side before and don't seem to recall it being this difficult to advance the quest. -Ryan P. Fialcowitz

I think if Bastila keeps the holocron then the romance is dead. Same thing happens if you kill Dustil on Korriban and are romancing Carth as a female PC, stops the romance cold. I'm not sure though, as I'm a DSW.
Shem
Melly's right. I think if you have Bastila keep the the holocron, the romance quest is dead.
RyanFialcowitz
Next time give away the holocron- check! But there's no way I'm letting that Dustil punk live. . . -Ryan P. Fialcowitz
Knight Of Honor
^^^ It`s true that you have to do the quest regarding her mother. But it does not matter if she keeps the holocron or not. Although i have found a way to advance the romance even if you dont do the side quest. Whenever you talk to Bastila, just ask her the question. "Do you know anything about this place?" When she has answered that, new dialog comes up, and then the dialog choices actually comes back, and you can keep talking to her without having to do the side quest... DAWUSS
Or you could hold off Tatooine (and that Twi'lek girl who triggers the quest) until later.

RedHawke
Right, Bastila isn't for everybody! The side effects of romancing Bastila can be sweating, hives, swelling, pock marks, IBS or cramping, romancing Bastila may cause a sense of 'uber-ness' that can also cause you a premature death. Talk to your doctor before romancing Bastila... *Flees thread*
Totenkopf
Well, at least RH didn't start talking about romancing Mission as a viable alternative.

Talk to your doctor before romancing Bastila... But, oh, the pleasure afterwards... Wait, erm... uh, what am I talking about? She essentially never talks with you again afterwards. Then again, some consider that a pleasure. And as a side note: romancing Bastila as a female, without a mod or fiddling with the game, is a hard nut to crack, I can tell you that!
