LordOfTheFish
I missed free comic book day! What a shame... Anyway, what did you guys get, or are you all anime fans?
Serpentine Cougar
I must have missed it too, 'cause I don't know anything about it. What is it?
Jeff
I am not in town so didn't make it but normally I go to my local comic shop, but it's nothing special. All the comics that you get say "free comic book day" on them but it's still kinda cool.
leXX
We don't get a free comic book day over here. The nearest comic store is Forbidden Planet, which is in Central London, therefore I buy the majority of my comics online.

CommanderQ
My local shop doesn't have a free-comic book day. I seek to change that...*begins peaceful protest outside* But comic-wise, usually I just go to Borders or some other book store and just buy what they have. But if I'm looking for one in particular, Amazon is the place I look:D
LordOfTheFish
Well, I enjoy collecting the oldies. But they are really expensive sometimes. I have some from the 50s-60s I believe.
CommanderQ
50s and 60s? Wow, you must have quite the collection then. Those are hard to come by, the oldest I have are probably late 60s, 70s, that's about it:D Which comic heroes do you mostly have?
Darth Avlectus
Yard sales and flea markets are the local economy and culture in the places I've lived. I have gotten some pretty neat stuff over the years.

My oldest are a couple of Archie comics. I saw some of the classic series in a local flee market once, should have purchased them.
