Astor Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Although any hopes of a sequel diminish with each passing year, a lot of people have said that if there were to be a sequel to Republic Commando, they'd like to see one set during the Galactic Civil War. So, my question is simple, RC fans - If there was a sequel what would you rather play as? An Imperial or a Rebel? AK.
jrrtoken Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 I'd prefer Imperial Commando, but I wouldn't mind seeing a little Rebel Commando happening in a Deus Ex-esque defection towards the end of the game.

SW01 Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 I suppose it could be said that the Rebellion would lend a bit more realism to the idea of elite training of small numbers and covert operations (which I noticed in some parts of RC...ok the demo level), but I've always been much more a fan of the Empire, so Imperials without doubt!
LordOfTheFish Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Imperial all the way. The rebels are weenies... Imperial Commando would also open the door to a possible connection between Delta and whoever else the squad in IC would be. That would satisfy fans more than likely.
