Darth Cryptic Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 had a thought while pawing through Juhani mods for K1: A lot of people have been makeing mods diversifying the Exile's party. Mira's been a Zeltron, I think a Chiss, and a twi'lek. And I think someone suggested making her a wookie somewhere on this board. How about we make her a Cathar? It still fits with her history, being taken as a slave and then adopted into the clan. Mandalorian's aren't just humans, they're made up of a lot of species. And hanharr still gets to call her the Red maned huntress. I got the idea from this mods: Juhani Reskin by Nimduril

I think I implied a good looking Cathar on my first post with the mod link. pawing through the Wookiepedia info on Cathar, something along the lines of Sylvar would likely work. Catish, but still nearly human.

I'll post it here, and then on kotorfiles. And some screenies! Edit 2: And if I have time, maybe later I'll do some portraits and dark side transitions. But right now I have to get some school done. And I'm a guy so make up, lipstick, and all that if foreign to meh. And how do you suggest I improve the eyes? They looked rather like Juhani's. Of course that might not be a good thing. JuniorModder Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 Okay, I am fairly happy with her now. I have to update her darkside transitions, and do some portraits. But I am awful at those. So maybe somebody can take the reskin and make her portraits? Or I can attempt to do some.

The fur just kinda looks like tatoos. I think Cathars can be done right, but IMO most people are going about it the wrong way. How should it be gone about then? Uh... I don't know. I'll have to experiment

I submitted it originally, forgetting to remove the screens from the zip file. When I updated it and tried to resubmit it, nothing shows up on my 'Mods Pending Approval' page. Same thing happened with another mod, which was also rejected for not having screenshots, when including 10 screenshots. So, I submitted it to lucasfiles. I'm also kind of angry at a few people for being sarcastic, unreasonable, and rude, when it's their job to rid these forums of those qualities. I have had to put up with these people, but I will not stoop to their level. You won't see me saying the things that these people are saying.
