Tysyacha
Do you know of any role-playing games with "dumb" character dialogue options? Here are the ones I know: 1. Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura (AWESOME game!) 2. Neverwinter Nights 1 3. Fallout 1 and (maybe) Fallout 2, but Fallout 3 has no "stupid speech" choices
Q
Playing Arcanum as an idiot is friggin' hilarious! Idiot savant is almost as much fun. All of that wonderful attention to detail, and yet the combat is terribly unbalanced. Still a terrific game, though. Troika.
jrrtoken
You've pretty much listed them all; I can't think of anything else that reacts to your intelligence on that level.
Te Darasuum Mandalor
Akellas Pirates of the Caribbean game was fairly annoying when it came to dialog, descent, better than NWN, but not as good as KOTOR. Sid Meier's Pirates had only two dialog options per conversation, but the comical reactions were good and kinda balanced it out.

Prime
Especially since it often didn't matter what option you picked, he was going to say the same thing anyways.
Te Darasuum Mandalor
I never noticed that.
