Canderis
Well I finally got back to modding after a few months. And now I give to you my newest mod. A Darker Peragus. The Readme Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) *********************************** Knights of the Old Republic The Sith Lords *********************************** TITLE:A Darker Peragus AUTHOR: Canderis E-MAIL: IN THE README -------------------------- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -------------------------- Copy the files to the override. The folder Harbinger has the files for the Harbinger. The Peragus folder has the edited lightmaps and Textures for peragus. Copy all files into the override FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT. ------------ DESCRIPTION ------------ This mod was created to work along side of a mod by my good friend, VarsityPuppet (or VPCombat). Please download his mod too to get the full peragus enhancement. http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/VP_Modules_Tweak_Pack_1;108867 This mod basically darkens peragus to make it as i saw it to be. A potential for a scare. But how can you get scared in the daylight? It’s a little hard to do in a video game. This hopes to fix it. ----- BUGS ----- On some computer monitors it may appear extra dark. Either adjust the Game's brightness or adjust your monitor's brightness. ------------------- DISTRIBUTION NOTES ------------------- You may use NOT use this modification in mods W/o my promission. Just contact me, i'll say yes. THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT MADE, DISTRIBUTED, OR SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE, OBSIDIAN, OR LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LLC. ELEMENTS TM & © LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LLC AND/OR ITS LICENSORS. Phildevil
Is it going to be compatible with his (VP) new version, 1.2? (http://www.deadlystream.com/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=15) How about texture mods as Xarwarz's? Compatible or not?
Random Nickos
Since the are both reskins of the same thing it will definetely not be compatible with Xarwarz's mod.
Canderis
This mod is compatible with both mods, only issue i see with xarwars is the door skins.

Xarwarz
i really like that makes more eerie with low light conditions
The_Dark_Jedi_Malaka
I've never particularly been keen on Peragus being all bright, and "up and working". Since the facility was more or less ravaged, the dark "broken and unused" look is always favorable. Very nice rendering.
Darth Darkus
good mod! Peragus was always too bright imo. But some pics (hope it's just the pics) are a little too dark don't you think...
Phildevil
Now, all we need to go with this is a jk2 kind of flash light =P
VarsityPuppet
Wouldn't be hard. You can give items in game the "Light" property and it will emit an actual light. Just takes a little investigating.
Canderis
@DD Look at the readme, it says it may appear too bright on some monitors. Just your settings

Xarwarz
I must say it looks kool with or without my mod just the doors stay bright. but if made the doors like narshadaa then it might match Or door with a darker color
Drewton
Very, very nice Canderis. I haven't put this in my Override yet, but it looks like you've made the entire ambience darker.
Darth Darkus
@DD Look at the readme, it says it may appear too bright on some monitors. Just your settings it's not too bright for me it's too dark in some spots but if I correct my settings to the brighter than everything starts looking milky. It's a problem that my Flatscreen has for some reason.
JediExile
Looks great! I can't wait to try it out.

It's a problem that my Flatscreen has for some reason. Wow, that was a massive fail on my part. What I had meant to say was it may look too dark on some monitors, and to fix it you adjust your game brightness and/or your monitor's brightness.
