darth-ackbar
I'm not sure you could do this because you can't 'use' gloves in the game, they'e just there. Personally, I'd just make a new force power with what you want to do. Even if you could get the gloves to work, It'd be a LOT of effort.
Sylthar
It's been a while since I've messed with KotOR Tool, but couldn't you just like give it something like a bonus feat that will allow the character to use Force Storm? Seems like the simplest solution to me. (Then again as I said, it's been a while since I've used KotOR Tool.)
Istorian
I'm not very sure about what I'm about to say right now. But, theoretically, there could be a way. If you modified the OnHeartbeat script to add a function that checks whether the specific gloves are equipped and if they are, runs the force lightning script, it *could* work. However, it could also be far from right.
Dak Drexl
Another alternative could be to make a wristband that has the droid shock arm effect. There's a wristband tutorial here somewhere.
