I will remind you that writing for a game is different than fanfic since fanfic is basically a strait line.

 

With a game story like the kotor/RPGs you want to create points where you can break off and do other sidequest as well as make it so there are multiple ways through the game.

 

Just keep in mind the structure of the gameplay as you write the story
