Some of the MI1 & 2 names probably originate from the old MIDI files, with CMI's probably coming from Serge/Telarium (Highland Productions). EMI names partially originated with me, sorry. I don't really think of it as a casino either - but it's historically been the name people used for that room in the game - not least because it was the "official" name during MI2's development (but worth remembering that names during development were generally kept as short as possible, partly due to the 8 character filename limitations of DOS).
