Norimaki
I'm not convinced... Any new adventure game would probably be character-driven. This looks more like Outpost or any other given sci-fi strategy game.

The Adventurer
Now that you mention it it DOES look like Full Throttle style....(remember Full Trottle was in the future 2010+ at least) Hummmmmm........E3 better get her faster.
Metallus
I think it looks like Star Wars. Like one of those moisture vaporator things. *hides*
The Adventurer
No, can't be. It looks to ruged to be imperial, and to out in the open to be rebel. Plus no symbols. Deffinitly an adventure game(note the wishful thinking) *goes and pours himself some JD*
Metallus
What if it's civilian? Looks like a desert planet to me, where one might harvest the moisture from dune shadows.
Remi
The style, to me, looks like Full Throttle mixed with Outlaws. Ooooh, cross-over game! Full Outlaws!
The Adventurer
Cowboys in Space! or maybe The Secret of the Monkey Planet! or Maybe its Zak McCracken 2? or any number of things. Hell it could be Doom for all we know.....I just want a new adventure *cries*
Metallus
Hmmmm :\. I just don't know how much we can tell, stylistically, by looking at what's clearly just concept art.
elTee
Bear in mind that the same artists who worked on Day of the Tentacle also worked on X-Wing Versus TIE Fighter. The style is reminiscent of the artist, not a game. Maybe Monkey Island has succumbed to the inevitable and become "Planet of the Apes" Seriously, I reckon its a 'Hlaf Life' style thing - one man, alone at this place in the middle of nowhere and something wierd has happened. Or a Dig Sequel.

sheaday6
there is no way in hell thats full throttle. If you look at all the stuff there, its looks like present day space stuff or just a tad futuristic. And is that not in fact when The Dig took place, the present (or the not to distant past, now). And thats gotta be mars or something. i say its the dig, but then again, i'm high on pez. The Adventurer
Its not Mars. Look at the sky. 1)Clouds 2)coloration(no atmosphere=no colors)
sheaday6
i thought mars did have an atmosphere
elTee
Mars does have an atmosphere. It is just different to Earths. Ie, when light is diffracted through it, it is of a different wavelength and is thus red, not blue. Can you tell I do Physics?
The Adventurer
hummmm....your right. so maybe it is mars. Zak McCraken anyone?
sheaday6
It would look more cartoonish if it were Zak McCraken
BooJaka14m
Yeah, Zak McKraken 2, right! And while we're at it, the picture of the Imperial tank is from Pipe Dreams 2. I'm still going for Dig 2, after all the original is only 7 years old; the same amount of time between MI2 and CMI (Well, close enough). But then, maybe it's an original. Or maybe it's not an adventure at all! Dun dun duhhhhhhn!
