That's right, this is history trivia! I am gonna test and see how much you know about what happened before your time, and possibly during yuor time.

Scoring: 1 point, unless stated otherwise.

only 1st person gets points.

this first question is real tough, so I'll give ya 3 points if ya answer it right.

During the Pax Romana, a Roman General beseiged a area in the middle east. One day, a man came to him, and told him he would become emperor. One minute later, a roman soldier entered the tent where they were and told him he was emperor. As a reward, the besieged people were allowed to create a small settlement, and saved their people.

I want the name of the man who told him he would become emperor, and the General/emperor's name.

Nope, sorry, TieDefender. The correct answer was the roman General Vespasian, who was on a campaign in the siege of Masada. Rabbi Yohanan-ben-Zakkai came and told him he would become emperor, and then a soldier came and told him he was now emperor. They created a small school for Judaism, but they still destroyed the Masada fortress, and killed thousands of jews, and more commited suicide.

That was a very tough question, and it was one of those things that not too many people would know. believe it or not, I knew that fact off the top of my head.

here's an easy one: What was El Cid's real name?

Doesn't suprise me. You probably study it some. Everybody is usually interested in one war or another and knows some decent trivia about it. My particular expertise is the American Civil War, and I know very little about Medievil times.
