Heavyarms
correct, 2pts for R9. World War 1 was devistating. Millions of people died for little reason other than their countries wanted them to fight. Which country lost the most in land, and which country lost the most people? EDIT: for land, I mean destruction, not actual feet and miles stuff.
Rogue Nine
In terms of people dead, Germany lost. In terms of total casualties, including wounded and MIA, then Russia lost the most people. As for the most land destroyed, I'm gussing France.
Heavyarms
Well, you said Russia, which is correct, because the Russians charged with pitchforks and shovels, and were cut down by machine gun fire, wave after wave. As for land, you were correct with France. The land was devastated, trees ruined, soil, ruined. Next Question: What's the greek myth of echos? Artoo
Let me recall the story. I seem to remember the title, Echo and Narcissus, now if I can only remember the story. I believe it was Narcissus who was very self-absorbed in his own beauty, and echo was a beautiful girl who loved him. Somehow echo got cursed to where she could only repeat what someone said, and it drove narcissus mad or something like that. It's been a while since I read the story though. CorranSec
Hera was walking through the woods and saw a bunch of nymphs. She thought Zeus was having an affair with one of them, so she went over to them to ask them, or interrogate them, or whatever, but Echo, a fast talking nymph who loved to have the last word, chattered away to Hera long enough to let the other nymphs escape. Hera was not very happy with this so she cursed Echo to only be able to repeat what other people say. Then she found Narcissus, who was a hunter, and tried to flirt with him, but as she could only repeat what he said, he was disgusted in her and left her. She faded away to nothing, leaving only her voice which now repeats whatever you say to it. Something like that.
Heavyarms
correct, CorranSec! What person has the reputation of killing the most people?
Kylilin
I would imagine that Hitler has the reputation of killing the most, but in reality Stalin killed a whole lot more than Hitler ever did. Stalin also sent millions to Siberia and various prison camps.
