Times like that can be frustraiting... You dont have to join if you dont want to... If your a big anime fan I do know of an exilent bbs you might like though...

Darklighter Posted September 6, 2002 Posted September 6, 2002 RPGs are really great...though I didn't get into anime much...last anime movie i saw was a few years ago...Ghost in the Shell I think, and apparently it influenced such films as the Matrix...anime isn't that popular in england I'm afraid...I don't get much chance to watch it:(...
C'jais Posted September 6, 2002 Posted September 6, 2002 Ghost In the Shell rocks!!! Read the GitS manga as well, excellent stuff. I usually think Anime/manga is overrated and not very well made, not mention a silly attempt at some cataclysmic storyline.... GitS however, is a whole level above the rest of anime/manga. All the manga and anime I've seen weren't done very well and with pathetic storylines but some do stand out. RPG's are a different matter entirely, if done well (of course).

That's the point of video games; they take you places you couldn't normally go...okay bud, just for you, I'm going to program a game where your a guy named Bob and you have to get up every day, go to work, pay attention on the job, drive home, feed the kids, pay the bills, go to sleep, and do it all over again every day. Forever. Would that suit you?
