seein as how i don't have to wonder i'll just put what i have done. I bought 1 '93 Honda Del Sol put a 3" drop kit on it, some ENKEI racing rims 2.5" lowpro tires. full body kit. 2 VISONIK 10" woofer 1,300 watts pushin. 1 6" screen DVD player Euro tail lights Farenhieght Blue Hew bulb high and low beams. Anyways I also have a Honda CRX '89 basically the same outfit except it has 4 15" woofers in a bandpass system 4k watts pushin it. So these are my babies, they come first in my life all else is 2nd.

I would just live off the interest.

 

I already have a nice car (alfa romeo 2.0 t spark) but I would buy a MUCH bigger house with a huge garden in which I would have an adventure playground for the littlens.

 

I would then fend off all the money grabbing relatives that crawl out the woodwork such as your uncles cousin twice removed, then sit back and take it easy for the rest of my life!

I'd pay off debts, and then take about 30-40k and use as a down payment for a house. Then invest the rest of it and use the interest to supplement my existing income. A million isn't that much, my family income would generate that much in about 20 years, and when we get paid more then entry level, it'll be more like 15 years.

 

 

Most mortage loans are for 15 or 30 years. A decent house costs 100-200k. Do the math.
