One day I was sitting in my room, and i had some Acrylic Paint and i was ready to make a project, and i saw my guitar. I put them together and made AcrylicGuitar as an email and online screen name. It has stuck with me forever! Are violent games too hated by people? like lets take GTA 3 for example. People say its so violent. And myself, I dont see too much violence in it, other than the blood, guns and blowing stuff up. I mean, they got all that stuff in some T rated games. The game puts you in a situation where your goal is to commit immoral acts. It is a glorification of violence. When you take a game like Jedi Knight II or something, yes, you kill a lot of people, but the violence in that context is of a hero working for a just cause, killing those who are out to harm him or others. That would be my guess. Why isn't Futurama more popular? It was far superior to The Simpsons, in my opinion, but no more episodes are being ordered. Hamlet at times has an over active mind and doesn't blindly follow the ghost. He doubts whether or not the ghost is actually his dead father. He needs a way to test the ghost, and does this through the information about the murder of King Hamlet. Hamlet creates a play reinacting the murder in which Claudius shows his guilt. With out that knowledge the play wouldn't progress any further. It was necessary for the ghost to know so it just knew. YOu then can ask why not a servant or some other hidden witness, well those wouldn't allow Hamlet to delve into sprituality, and other items. The other reason is becase Hamlet is either based upon a Norse Play, or is a Norse Play which Shakespeare mearly put into his own words. Which ever the case Hamlet was originally based on Norse mythology. Revenge is a recurrent theme in many norse myths, and is a large theme in Hamlet. The Norse Gods also at times take pity on mortals who would be fit to enter Valhalla, and you can only enter Valhalla from dieing in battle. The posioning would prevant the Ghost from getting into heaven, the gods taking pity on the ghost would then tell it about the murder and what needs to be done in order to enter the halls (Kill Claudius). Since Hamlet would suspect the orgins of the Ghost, there has to be a way to prove that it tells the truth hence, so the gods tell the ghost about the murder. Hamlet then is able to prove that Cluadius is guilty when the Actors play out a scene similar to the murder of the king. Who here likes the works of Shakespeare?
