Acrylic Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 Man. I love that song. What do you think about it, and also, do you think Tupac Amaru Shakur is still alive and recording in a different country? Cuz I think that......well, any ways, do the poll, then post a reply here!
C'jais Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 Tupac is dead, face it. That new songs are released on his name is a bit pathetic IMO.
Acrylic Posted November 29, 2002 Author Posted November 29, 2002 well, i think he's still alive. and IF he is dead, the people like his mom say he recorded about 200 other songs b4 he died.

Why do you think he's alive? It's just some big government conspiracy, right? The people at a hospital can most definately tell if a person is dead or not. Yes, he recorded songs before he died that weren't released - but his mom is merely milking them for money. Leave the poor guy alone.

C'jais Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 Is it a common practice in America to take pictures of dead people? We don't do it, where I'm from.
Acrylic Posted November 29, 2002 Author Posted November 29, 2002 Well. Either do we. But the press would be all over it. So, there is no REAL proof. I need real proof.

I see, well he could be alive, but I just don't care. You could also argue that Elvis is alive nowadays, or even Jesus, if you need "real" proof".
Acrylic Posted November 29, 2002 Author Posted November 29, 2002 Ok, elvis aint alive. jesus was alive back then. but im just talking about tupac. i mean, he has to be alive. in a 5 year career, no one can record over 200 songs. ok, they could, but it would take so much time, AND money.

This would nearly be evidence for him being alive, but how can you say with certainty that he recorded over 200 songs? His mother said that he recorded (past tense), so this makes her claim rather unusable. Unless she's lying, of course.
Acrylic Posted November 29, 2002 Author Posted November 29, 2002 Now I'm confused. Well, yes, of course if someone IMO fakes their death, then all of the people that knew of it need to lie about it, unless they wanna spoil the secret or something.
DiRtY $oUtH™ Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 i dont know if hes dead or not...but i do know this: I doubt that its possible to have 200 back up songs just in case you die...so wheres the explanation?

DiRtY $oUtH™ Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 so how does he keep releasing new songs then? It's not logical!
C'jais Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 Originally posted by Darth Yoda85 so how does he keep releasing new songs then? It's not logical! How many songs have he released so far, since he "died"? 5? 10? 20? Well, that's not even close to 200. My opinion: Tupac died and he had some unreleased tracks. His mother (or whoever) is now releasing those tracks, after he died.
ShockV1.89 Posted November 29, 2002 Posted November 29, 2002 Most of the newly released songs are not the originals, and heavily feature other artists... it's not too hard to do. Those guys can spit out lyrics left and right. Considering Tupacs lyrical skill, it's perfectly conceivable he could make over 200 songs throughout his career, or at least record the lyrics. It just takes the work of a few artists creating backup and beats to it, and bam, you have a new song. Notorious BIG had a half dozen post-death songs as well, but Puff Daddy kinda stole his fire...
Tippi Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 I been a big fan of Tupac since i was younger. And i dont know if hes alive but if he is thats awesome. Who knows...he talks/raps about being makaveli and his funeral. And there isnt really any evidence of him being alive or dead. No pictures were taken at his funeral as a matter of fact i dont think he even had a funeral. And to back that up if he was really dead there would be pictures. Look at Aaliyah , i live in New York and i saw the pictures on tv of her funeral and them taking her off in the carrage thing with the horse. But i just dont know maybe he is alive. And i gotta say thugz mansion is awesome.
Dark Warrior Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 Welcome to the swamp Tippi! Enjoy your stay, it is a great place with great members:D imo Tupac is alive for reasons lifted above. He talks about his death in all of his songs and I think he wants to make a dramtic comeback to be the biggest celebrity of all time. How can he release 200 after he is dead. I cannot be 100% that Tupac is alive, but I believe he is.

Wes Marrakesh Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 Hmm... never heard the song. Not one for rap music though.
DiRtY $oUtH™ Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 I think that if he doesnt stop releasing new songs by this time next year, I will have to take sides with those who believe that he is still alive...
Acrylic Posted November 30, 2002 Author Posted November 30, 2002 i read on MTV.com that his mom said he made enough songs to come out for 10 more years. like i believe that
obi Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 Thugz? wtf? ohhhhhhhhh I get it now. "thugs." Clever.
Pad Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 havent heared the song yet, although i like tupac. his changes song was one of the best i think.
