If KevinCoyle volunteers to help me again I will make a high elf like the one in my av. So its up to KevinCoyle OR someone else who would help me get him ingame, as for Legolas skins. I'll do this:

Legolas skin:

Default and blue Legolas skins

For the red I'll make a mordor elf.

Then I'll make a seperate Haldir one.

So if anyone wants to help I'll make a high elf model for ya, they are my favourite characters not in the fellowship!:D

here's the deal (in short) with the high elves since noone seems to have explained it.

When they first awoke the elves were summoned by the Valar to live in Valinor. Some went, some didn't. After many thousands of years the Noldor (some of the elves that went to Valinor) returned to middle earth pursuing Morgoth, who had stolen one of the Silmarils. Silmarils are great jewels that Feanor (a prince of the Noldor) had made in Valinor. Anyway the Noldor, who in Middle Earth were called the High Elves) met up again with the Sindar (The elves that had stayed in middle earth) and fought with Morgoth for hudreds of years. Most of them (including Feanor) died and in the end the Valar had to intervene and after that battle all the lands that had been at war were sunk beneith the sea at the end of the first age.

After that most of the Noldor and a lot of Sindar went back over the seas and never came back. A few (Elrond, Gil-Galad, Cirdan, Galadriel, Thranduil) stayed. Most of them were later killed fighting againts Sauron (Mainly Celebrimbor who made the Great Rings). Gil-Galad was the last of the High-Elven kings in Middle earth and died in the last Alliance. All the soldiers we saw in that battle in FOTR were high elves out of Gil-Galad's realm, Rivindell, and Lorien. After he died the last High Elves of royal descent were Galadriel and Elrond. Elrond of cource is only half-elven and some of the is Sindar as well so he isn't completely Noldor. Both Cirdan of the Grey Havens and Thranduil were both Sindar.

so to sum up: Lorien and Rivendell = High Elves

Mirkwood and Grey Havens = Not High Elves

Hope that clears things up, if not go read the Silmarillion, its really cool if you can get through it, definatly upper level reading.
