BCanr2d2
That's the fault of the developers, not the consoles! Big controllers for the XBOX? Controller-S is now the standard controller issued with the XBOX, so that isn't a valid point against it any more.....
Taos
Well 15, I think you know what my favorite is....Xbox. IMO it's the complete console gaming system. Now, there are many quality titles out there available for the Xbox........I'm very happy with my selection of the system.

Rogue Nine
The DualShock 2 is one of the better console controllers ever created. Small, fits nicely into your hand with an array of easy to use buttons that become second nature to you in a matter of minutes. That's one of the PS2's strong points, not to mention the excellent SquareSoft games that come its way. GC has one of the best games ever made in Metroid Prime and a very nice (and addictive) party game in Super Smash Brothers Melee. The controller takes some getting used to, but it's Nintendo, so it ends up being quite likeable. The Xbox was designed as the ultimate game console. It was quite funny when I was playing on my friend's with three other guys and it just crashed right in the middle of the game. Funnah stuff from Microsoft. Overall, I like the PS2 out of all of them. If I had my way, I'd have the PS2 and the GC for myself and I'd visit my friend whenever I have hankering for some DOA3 or Halo. Mic_1012
I like the Xbox because it loads fast, it has great games, you can LAN the Xboxs together in the same house, you can go on Xbox live which has no lag, and more. Gamecube and Ps2 are good, but i much rather the Xbox.
Lost Welshman
Xbox - Halo or SplinterCell PS@ - MGS2 or FFX Look, MGS2 in crap compared to Splinter Cell and no offence to all those who like the Final Fantasy series but I hate it, its way to repetative and annoying. Ive never had the chance to play on the game cube and all my friends who have a PS2 are getting XBOX's and selling thier playstations.

Final Fantasy is the best series ever, and how in the hell can it get repetetive? Each game has a different (and may I add) Great story line! Final Fantasy games have the best story lines, especially FF7. And they aren't repetetive, because every FF game is different.

Yoda007
Gamecube...it's just awesome. First it has Metroid Prime which is extremely realistic. I mean if you look at the sky in a level that is raining you get water droplets on the screen...no kidding. Second it has SMBM. That is just cool i mean come on what is better than going out a beating your best friend with a paper fan. Third FF is coming for gamecube Fourth most games are fun in both single player and multiplayer Yeah I haven't played the other systems very much but these are just my opinion about what is great about gamecube. What I Mean is, that in every game its like, 'oh look a giant plant eeek, lets kill it' MISS MISS HIT MISS, then you win, walk round the next corner ' 'oh look a giant plant eeek, lets kill it' MISS MISS HIT MISS. And if the storylines are soo good why dont they just make a film, oh wait they did, worst few hours of my life. Mic_1012
But that's what makes them good. If they were all different, they wouldn't be called Final Fantasy.
Darth Talliusc
generally the PC is the best. as it has the most depth available to it. in my opinion the only thing consoles have over the pc is that you can have multiple ppl playing together in the same room without a lan. you dont have to install anything, and its for the tv which is a bigger screen for me and it means i can play it during sleepovers because my comp is too far away from where we stay. that being said i generally only buy console games that are a) console only and not coming for pc. b) very fun multi like goldeneye for n64 or c) my Gf wants to play it. so: that said out of the consoles i pick Gc. super smash bros melee, mario party 4, clone wars, bounty hunter, rogue leader and TTT. just my opinion. we're all different.
