Zendjir
What starships and fighters are available after the battle of Yavin? We all know that the following ships where in the 4th movie: Tie-Fighter Tie advanced (prototype) X-wing Y-Wing Correlian Corvette (aka. Blockade runner) A type of star destroyer (Dunno if it was a victory/ victory II/ Imperial/ Imperial II class) The naboo starfighter will probably also be available, however rare And from XWA I know the following: Z-95 headhunter Firespray (boba's ship) Persuer T-wing Dreadnaught Bulk Cruiser (and alot more, which I don't recall ) Could you name some more ships that could possibly be available? Zendjir
Slave I is a firespray/ Slave II is a pursuer. I think it will be quite possible to get one of those shiptypes. However, Boba altered his ships alot, his ships are much more powerfull.
Pnut_Man
I'm pretty sure (from reading some sw comics) that the Rebels ally with the Calamari a few months after the battle of yavin. So, the B-Wing might be accessible.
Zendjir
I read somewhere that the B-wing was developed by Admiral Ackbar prior to the battle of Endor. Does any1 know at what time the A-wing was developed? I really want an A-wing, love that craft.
Thew Rydur
I think the A-wing was developed shortly before the Battle of Endor. I could be mistaken though. For ships though: TIE bomber TIE Interceptor Uglies All of the YT's XS-800 (smaller verision of the corvette and ship I hoper to own) Mon Cal Frieghters
Gontheboy
Would you prefer to be in a huge battleship, working with lots of people or in a fighter? I would take a fighter, maybe an A-wing.

Zendjir
I want a starship (a dreadnaught, Nebula-B) with a fighter of my own. I'll let the NPC's do the starship fighting while I go outside with my fighter. But I think a starship will be very expensive, maybe it can be done in cooperation with a PA. Can-able
OK i belive...... Thats the A wing & B wing and the Tie intercepter first apeared in ROTJ at the Battle of Endor. So you would asume that they where first deployed there. But we all know what Eu is like and that could have it's own say in it. From what i rember though i think the most they where deployed would be a few months before.... But in saying that the Proto Type for the Tie intercepter was in a New hope..... So thats like 3-4 years ...Hummm...Not shore... I want to buy a Z95 Headhunter..... Or some form of frighter that i can kit out...like Han and Talon Karrde or IG -2000 would be cool, nice looking ship. I would really like to be able to design and build my own ship though... Jan Gaarni
Well, I read somewhere that the standard Nebulon-B Frigate was built at a cost of 194 million (194,000,000) credits. That's a pretty stiff price, concidering you can almost buy your own ship for 10,000 credits.
Thew Rydur
Speaking of ship prices does anyone have a site or list that has pretty accurate ones?
BlackDove
The expansion's comin out in about a year, I'm pretty sure they still haven't figured out how they're gonna let you fly a can of garbage throughout the universe, let alone a tm spaceship

Wraith 8
The A-wing was designed by Jan Dodonna. A-Wing the generalized name of the Dodonna/Blissex RZ-1 Starfighter. It is a flat, one-man, wedged-shaped snub fighter built for the Alliance after the lost of the Hoth base and prior to the Battle of Endor. The A-Wing was designed, as it's name implies, by Jan Dodonna and Walex Blissex. Because the Alliance was short on funds, most A-Wings were custom-built in private shops. The ship Tycho Celchu flew at the Battle of Endor had its cockpit inlaid with Fijisi wood. It is 9.6 meters in length, and was designed for interception and long-range reconnaissance. A unique feature of the A-wing is the short hydro-servo bearing installed in each wingtip, allowing the pilot to tilt the laser cannons up to 60 degrees up or down. Its top sublight speed is 120 MGLT, and can maneuver at 1,300 kilometers per hour in an atmosphere. It has limited navcomp capabilities, being able to calculate only 2 jumps before requiring recalibration. It boasts the following shipboard systems: MPS Bpr-99 Power Core and Fusion Reactor, Twin Novaldex J-77 Event Horizon Engines, Torplex Rq9.Z Advanced Avionics Control, Microaxial LpL-449 NavCom Unit, Incom GBk-785 Hyperdrive Motivation Unit, Long Range Phased Tachyon Detection Array Model Number PA-9r, Short Range Primary Threat Analysis Grid Number PG-7u, Fabritech ANq 3.6 Target Tracker, 2 Borstel RG-9 Laser Cannons, Dymek HM-6 Concussion Missile Launchers (up to 6 missiles), Sirplex Z-9 Shield Projector (50 SBD), Fabritech ANs-7e Sensor Unit, IN-3444-B Sightline Holographic Crosshairs, Titanium Alloy Hull (15 RU)
Gontheboy
If these ships cost so much then what do we do when it is destroyed? I won't have enough money to buy a new one!!
Deft Aklin
Many of us are hoping that they will be covered under insurance. The rest, like myself, will work for the Rebels or the Empire to get free ships.

JoKen
YT-2000 for me, thanks. As for prices, in most Star Wars RPGs and in the EU ships cast much more than 10,000 creds. Mine (after modifications) in my rpg costs around 250,000 creds!
