nd Posted February 12, 2003 Posted February 12, 2003 http://www.lucasarts.com/products/indiana/splash.htm Xbox - February 25, 2003 PC - March 18, 2003 PlayStation 2 - May 2003 I will not buy a Xbox just for this, so this time I fear I'll not be among the first...
dark jedi 8 Posted February 13, 2003 Posted February 13, 2003 Doesn't lucasarts.com say that it comes out it spring? So how can it come out for the X-box in febuary when febuary is not spring?
Lemon Head Posted February 13, 2003 Posted February 13, 2003 it's near enough, if you say winter (which it technically is) people always think of december and early january. So in fact, by telling the absolute truth they would be being more misleading. That clear things up?
ronbrothers Posted April 9, 2003 Posted April 9, 2003 I wish each format would be released concurrently. I don't understand why it has to be staggered out.
Skinkie Posted April 10, 2003 Posted April 10, 2003 They have to rework the control systems and stuff so they get one out earlier to start interest in it, they can also take feedback and make small changes to improve later ports.
Gabrobot Posted April 10, 2003 Posted April 10, 2003 Yeah, the Xbox and PC versions came out close together because they're so close in design (i.e. the Xbox is a PC... In fact look here: http://www.caustik.com/xbox/news.htm ). It's a good thing the PC version came out after the Xbox version...it sounded like there were some technical issues (i.e. clipping ect.) in the Xbox version which they fixed in the PC version...
ronbrothers Posted April 10, 2003 Posted April 10, 2003 Oh. Well, then I guess we all benefit from it then.
Crowy Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 i diidnt know it was that soon!! i have been too arrogant to really follow any indy stuff lately
joesdomain Posted April 26, 2003 Posted April 26, 2003 I am little upset with Lucasarts because they pushed the release date of Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb for Playstation 2 from May 2003 to June 2003. They did the same thing for RTX Red Rock. It is bad enough that the only 2003 Star Wars game for PS2 is online this year. Which I can't play because I won't have internet access when I go home for summer vacation.
