Jedi Apprentice
What are your picks for best gaming website that keeps up to date info and all that? Mine right now are XBox-Ign and Gamespot.com. I have a ton of others but those seem to be the best. What are your favorites?

Taos
Indeed it does. This is why they pay us the big bucks here. Just for future reference....try not to do back to back/a.k.a. double posts. Just use the edit button. On Topic - I do like IGN and I hear that Xboxgamers.com is a pretty good site as well.

Aerothorn
That HAS to be illegal....seriously if you want the screenies, subscribe. I dunno which I like more. On one hand, I like the writing of Gamespot better- gamespot tries to write neutral and non-biased reviews, whereas IGN brings in the bias, which messes things up. Gamespot also has much better news, as its professionally written and doesn't have lame comments. On the other hand, IGN has more stuff(I think they have 1000 times more ads for this reason). Like lots of guides and such. I don't get why IGN has a billion times more ads though- Gamespot has 1 or 2 banners, no popups and that crud. I'm subscribed to both right now(I started with Gamespot and then am canceling PC Gamer so subscribed to IGN) and I dunno if I will keep gamespot- there just isn't enough to make me wanna pay(I did it last time as more of a donation). Guest Jed
Well, I'm sorry guys, but at the moment, I'm an exclusively GC gamer. So my fav site is Planet Gamecube....best gaming site.
Rogue15
The Adrenaline Vault is pretty good. IGN is probably the best cause you don't have to pay to see their reviews.
Darth Simpson
I usually visit http://www.ve3d.com or http://www.invisibledream.com for my gaming news.
Lord Glorfindel
I like GameSpyDaily for news, and I like Gamespot for screens and reviews.
Aerothorn
You have to pay if you wanna see IGN's reviews earlier...and you don't have to pay to see Gamespots for the first week. And Jedi, if your a Gamecube gamer, what are you doing on the KoTOR forums? Planning to start using an Xbox or PC soon? Personally I hate Planet Gamecube. Because the staff there are cheating morons, they got all their users to go vote at the Gamefaqs polls and mess up the charecter battle. Thats soo unbalanced, its for people at Gamefaqs.... Guest Jed
Aerothorn, I am planning on getting an XBox very soon. I have enough cash right now to get one, so I'm jumpin' systems ^___^ And I always have a nice kickass laptop, so if worse comes to worse. And that's the only reason you don't like Planet Gamecube? You shouldn't let that dissuade you, they usually have good info. *shrugs*
Aerothorn
You mean the fact they are are cheating jerks who like to ruin everyone elses fun shouldn't dissuade me? What about the site directing being an ass to me via e-mail? And then there is the fact that they are biased as heck- they're gonna give higher then average gamecube game ratings cause they're Nintendo fanboys so you can't trust em. I regret getting my Gamecube- I got it cause of all the well reviewed games on sites like Gamespot and IGN, but most of them suck. No depth, no complexity, no story- Nintendo games are only about a few gameplay things an not much else. I want to be enraveled. I want a storyline, charetcer, immersion, something to drive me. Has there EVER been a Nintendo game with good story? Metroid Prime sucked, Super Mario Sunshine is ok but repetitive and hard, Star Fox Adventure has no drive, Animal Crossing was fun at first but is getting repetitive and is held down by its shortcomings and lack of online play, and SSBM requires multiple people to have fun with, due to aformentioned lack of online play. I would have bought a PS2 but it was a rip off price- it cost less then half as much to produce as the Xbox, so it should be half as much or less- NOT the same price. Thats ripping me off. Guest Jed
Okay, sorry.... Well, I gotta agree that Gamespot is a good game site, I used to go there *all* the time until they turned to a pay site. I might actually subscribe someday... Aerothorn
Well the good thing is even if you don't pay you get pretty much everything- you can read their reviews as soon as they come out, there aren't a bunch of pop up ads or anything, and you can see all the articles and stuff. Which is both good and bad- it doesn't give people enough incentive to subscribe....hope they don't go out of buisness or anything.
