I'll either cut and paste an image over a couple frames or take an existing gif that I find. Check out my sig for a couple of different effects. Now that I'm here again I'll be happy to make somebody a new avatar if they want (just let me finish the others first though). BTW: if you request an avatar from somebody, don't hesitate to be picky.
