Boba Rhett
You're putting spaces inbetween the url and the tags.

mercatfat
Although there's no reason not to slow down and make sure you posts are clear and easy to read the first time through, it's Darth Eggplant, so lay off. Generally speaking, I shouldn't have to even think about words like I do whenever I read a post by say, Al-back from big whoop. I should be able to quickly look at it and absorb all the text into my mind to be assimilated and replied to. When you use dumb abbreviations that save you a keystroke and .2 seconds, I can't do that. I have to actually read your post carefully and weave together what you're saying which I shouldn't have to do. Essentially you're making everyone else waste more of their a lot more of their time just so you can save a little. All that aside, Z, I wouldn't be complaining about grammar with your frequent misuse of "your' as a way to write "you are".
Rogue Nine
Eh, he was helped. The original purpose of this thread was to help him with the IMG tags and Rhett did that nicely. It was not to critique his grammar, or lack thereof. Critical thread mass reached.

Not all people are perfect.... Well, I had to read it like 5 times. I couldn't tell where the sentences ended, and it was a huge paragraph, so it was hard. Edit - Yes, but Mercatfat, its not too hard to read my posts. You can tell where sentences end, besides an occasional mispelled word. No offence to eggplant or anything, I just couldn't understand what he was saying because it was all one huge sentence. Sorry, Rogue, Buts theres not much more point to this thread.... Darth Eggplant
*sorry for run on sentences, poor grammer and spelling:D * actually I do not have the thing\problem fixed yet. a mod placed my image in the GFN, The Blue Casket, My Big fat Hutt Wedding, I did not. and darthgroovy was able to do it. I have followed his instructions. I go to the site in question, I right click on the image, I select properties, I cut and paster the information, I go to the GFN, Blue Casket, Big Fat Hutt Wedding, I use the img vb codes in their proper brackets, and yet when I enter or complete the post I find that only a link is there and no image. and when i check to edit, the url vb code has been inserted, and not by me. I try to delete the url codes, yet when the edit is finished and the post re edited, I still only get a link to the page and not the image from the page itself. I honestly do not know why this is happening. and I hope this is clearer and easier to follow. sorry for bad habits, it has been a long time since school;)
mercatfat
Try unchecking the "automatically parse urls" box under the post area. Also, don't put spaces in between the img tag and the url. I deleted the spaces in your last post and the image worked.
