Echuu Shen-Jon
I don't know if this is the right place to ask for this! But which program should I use, if I want to make a moving avatar?
Lynk Former
The 'moving avatars' are animated gif's... you can use Adobe ImageReady...
swphreak
I heard some people mention Animation Shop Pro. I'd use Macromedia Flash MX
Jedi Apprentice
I use Animation Shop for all my animated avatars.
Hekx
Animation Shop 3 works well. Although animated avatars aren't my thing. UnFREEz is a freeware animated GIF maker. You have to put seperate GIF images frames in, and whoosh, it's done.
Jedi Apprentice
UnFreez makes bigger file sizes than Animation Shop does. So I would recommend Animation Shop. UnFreez is also a great program though as Hekx stated.

Well, you have to use a program to remove the screens out of the clip then you put the screens into an animation program, resize it, crop it, save it, then boom! You have an animated avatar.
