Best Sci-Fi: 2001: A Space Odyssey Fave Sci-Fi: Star Wars: Return of the Jedi Best Action: The Matrix Fave Action: Top Gun Best War: Saving Private Ryan Fave War: Full Metal Jacket Best Comedy: Dr. Strangelove Fave Comedy: Clerks Best Comedic Drama Drama: Pulp Fiction (yes, it's a drama) Fave Comedic Drama: Chasing Amy Best Drama: Apollo 13 Fave Drama: Apollo 13 Best Animated: Beauty & The Beast Fave Animated: Aladdin (Robin Williams is da bomb) Best Computer Animated: Toy Story Fave Computer Animated: Jonah: A VeggieTales Movie Best Anime: End of Evangelion Fave Anime: Nadesico (yes, they did make a movie) Best Chick Flick: Ghost Fave Chick Flick: Dirty Dancing As for best overall, it's a three-way tie between 2001: A Space Odyssey, Citizen Kane, and Apollo 13. It's a great story on so many levels. However there are many movies that hold a special place in my heart some of them being, Star Wars, Top Gun, and the Band of Brothers Series.
