JangoClone#104
I live on the boarder of two cities, the one where i mainly live (and get electric) got hit of course. so my mom (being the panicy person that she is) wanted to get ice for the freezer. we figured we'd stop at my grandma's since she lives nearby. we go in the house and find out SHE NEVER GOT HIT! i was surprised how far that blackout extended. i'm glad my power came back on around 9:
Kylilin
Yeah, I was at my fiances house and we lost power until 9 p.m., kinda sucked, no AC, so we hung in the pool until the power went back on.

Zoom Rabbit
I'm glad you were realitively unaffected, all. ...Especially you, Kylilin. Sitting out the blackout in a nice pool with a fine betty. Good form. Did any of you big-city folks get to see the milky way while the power was out? I'll bet it was scary at first...a great big, galaxy for real, stretching across the sky! Cmdr. Cracken
Alas, no. There was still a healthy amount of ambient light in ROchester for some reason. Factor in the Nice visible moonlight, i saw little of it. Though i saw mars. I waved to the martians. they'er cute. ^_^
