Tried your suggestion w/the saves, but didn't work. Thanks anyway. Figure I'll go back to the save before Korlus and go back a little later. Ran into another door problem where activating the adrenaline burst triggered it to open. Weird. Still, a fun game overall despite the problems.

Well, I did check for the patch and installed it, but now have yet another door issue. Posted threads in Kotor and JK. No one seems to have a clue....including Stoffe (beyond suggesting checking specs)....which can't be good. I guess I'll have to go back to the save before Korlus(?) and save Grunt for later and see what happens.

Found a quick (unintended) solution to that problem. Hit Shep's adrenaline button and that activated the door opening. Bizarre. But I can work w/it.

Actually, no, I just installed it out of the box. Guess I'll see about the patch, then (tried to avoid ME2 thread to avoid any spoilers....though some managed to peek through just the same). Part of reason I didn't bother w/looking for a patch is that the install seemed to say, iirc, something about v1.03 or somesuch. anyway, thanks again.

Did you have any door issues while playing ME2? Can't get passed door to Veetor and facility door before Miranda took time. Maybe I'm missing some kind of trigger......
