Well, for the time being, you can be on Korriban, talking to Darth Krayt's and/or Darth Sidious' holocrons, about Lyna and how you can deal with her. You can also have a meeting with your Sith minions on how you can stop the Jedi from reforming on Korriban.

Then, once Lyna meets her family on Ossus, a battle can be loose between Sethos and Lyna's forces.
