Is he going to strike before or after he finds out Belina is his daughter? I think it would be a good idea for him to strike immediatly after he responds to Belina telling him that he killed Rina.

The best thing I can throw at you now would be a quick but decisive battle at the station then the remains of Velerc's fleet flee to the planet with the remains of Belina's fleet going after him.

Also, are you planning on starting the battle or would you rather I start the battle?
