I had my 14 year-old cousin come over to get me past the first hacking game in AP. He couldn't do it either. Perhaps it is a family disability. He was really excited about being able to help me too. For the first time he thought he was going to be better than me at something. He tried for almost 2 hours before giving up.

Not sure it really matters either way. I only saw a very very small difference in ME2, although it could make a difference in ME3 (I have my doubts). Although I only had one save were I did not save the council.

Alright your latest post in the AP thread is the first thing I’ve read or seen (including attempt to play the game) that has made me actually want to continue to play the AP. I’m going to have to try again. Plus I just PMed Sabre saying I wasn’t going to bad mount AP anymore until I finished it. If I can get past the hacking minigame I may have to eat my words. Still no one will ever convince me that the minigame are anything but complete crap.

More likely I'm about to get the RRoD. When it pulled this crap last time (when playing ME) I got the RRoD.

I tried again last night. Went soldier (like Sabre suggested) and put some points into Sabotage. This time I could not even get past the tutorial. Well not true, got past the hacking twice before crashes making me do the hacking mimigame again. I’m just wondering how much of it is the game and how much of it is my hatred of the stupid timer. After about 8 times which included starting over a third time I went back to Dragon Age. No need to give myself a heart attack out of total frustration. Started to use the disc as a $60.00 coaster, but will try again later. Much later.

So far it is one of the worse games I have ever attempted to play, but I'm holding off judgment until I finish it. I also hated TSL the first time I played it, but it grew into what may be my favorite game of all-time. However, I have no clue when I will finish since I got frustrated to the extreme at the hacking minigame and started playing Dragon Age again. Now that Achilles is about to start playing ME2, I'm most likely will play that again next. I can’t let him have all the fun. I also have BioShock 2 still setting unopened and I could always continue RDR. All of which are WAY more enjoyable than my 2 hours and 20 mins of AP. I’m actually rooting now that game is as short as reported.

Yea that is what got me too. I can deal with the graphic, hell when I started playing video games there were no graphic, but AP hacking just pissed me off. I didn't like ME2 minigames either, but at least with ME2 you can buy an upgrade that make them easier.

I'm didn't preorder it, haven't decided if I want the 360 or the PC version. Just bought a badass PC, but there is some merit to having my feet up playing games from the couch.

I've tried on insanity (a few times) and much like Sabre most recent post in the ME2 thread I was unimpressed and gave up. Only achievement I have not gotten on the 360. Got as far as the the Collector's trap before giving up. Need to do it again, but too busy with PC games.

ME 1 was fun on insanity, ME2 is just a pain to me on insanity.

I did notice that. I thought it was just my bias against Zaeed being awful DLC (even for free) when I did not see anyone else bring it up.

Not my department as I'm only a Kavars mod, but since you have something to add to the topic then I would say it is alright (at least the way I read the rules). If you do it and a moderate gets on you let me know and I'll take the blame.
