Shivermetimbers
I think it may be an endless list. Almost everything he takes he steals, he has comitted arson(the barrel o' rum) He breaks and enters. He has comitted murder, trespassed, conspired against the government. I think he has done just about every illegal thing he could, with the exception of sexual assault and other things they can't mention in the game. Multiple life terms. Only we'd just have to find a way for him to escape again.

jigger_jay
remeber in comi he technically made murray into how he is by blowing him up w/ the cannon, and stealing some guys arm and sword. at least a term between 30 - 70 years
Ratfish
He's not some naive kid either, at least in the second one when you try to cross the barrier at the end after taking the elevator up, he says something to the effect of "that would be illegal" so he at least has some awareness of his breaking of the laws. On the other hand, if we are speaking of islands ruled by pirates or tyrants and so forth, then who is to say what's really illegal and even if so, what laws ought to be obeyed? Relative to those guys who walk on the dock above you when Shinetop kicks you down, Guybrush isn't so bad...I mean that guy committed a felony with a knife.... adey12
guybrush has done a ton of illegal stuff, BUT since he is the govener of the tri-island area i think hes pretty much save since im guessing the courts were abit unfair back in pirate days. If he gets captured in a island he dosnt goven then hes screwed except he has got things to help such as killing lechuck 4 timess and stoping an Aussie from destroying pirate life as we know it.
