Jared
Originally posted by Zoom Rabbit The original Rogue Squadron, with stick figures and balsa wood TIE fighters... *(Dies of old age.)* I havnt played Rogue Squadron in like a year, but I played rogue leader yesterday, and I am getting rebel strike this week. But, hands down, the original rules them all. *remembers flying in trusty X-wing, shooting the little boxy stormtroopers and watching them scream and vanish into little fireballs * ^^ ah, those were the good old days
Reclaimer
Rebel Strike is just like Rouge Leader, you beat it in one day. It's that easy! The ground missions are the best to play.
KBell
The ground missions are absolutly terrible. It's just one big Button-mash fest that has no point. And some ground missions actually make you jump around like Mario. This type of gameplay maybe acceptable for 10 year olds like yourself Reclaimer, but its pretty much the worst part of the game. Reclaimer
I hate when friends get on... Sorry KBell, but that post was by my friend Andrew. He doesn't know what he's talking about. Yes the ground missions are like- "Look a StormTrooper! Let's button mash him untill are controlers brake! YAY!" So you see I hate Rebel Strike. Oh and KBell, I'm 14 no 10. Lynk Former
Originally posted by KBell Yes, Rogue Squadron 3 was a very dissapointing game...sorry to Reclaimer if it seemed like an attack on him The ground missions I can understand, the Air Missions I would have to say would be as fun as all hell to play (esspecially on the big 48" we've got here), but it's pretty hard to make anything new on a game based around events that occur in OT. If they went beyond OT into EU it'd be interesting, but i'm not saying going too far, i don't want NJO, i meant missions from Truce at Bakura and the X-Wing series and that kinda jazz... KBell
It was still a dissapointing game And Reclaimer, you dont have to lie about it. Like TK-421 said, some of us weren't born yesterday *Glares at Lynky*

I'm hoping that was said in the spirit of satire, but I have a funny feeling tugging in the back of my mind telling me it wasn't (And KBell, that post had a high level of arse-ness.
