The F pad for the XBox may be fat, but I heard the S pad is thinner. I wonder if that's true.

Plus Gamecube may have less features than both XBox and PS2, but do those 2 have their own portable hand helds or converters? Sony's definitely developing one, but I haven't heard a word if Microsoft will go into the hand held craze.

If there's a conspiracy against Nintendo and Sony, it's that I'm guessing Microsoft and Nokia will be plotting together to attempt to over throw both Sony and Nintendo, sending both companies to try and work out their differences (I believe they had some problems with each other on an outdated plot scheme for a cd-rom converter for the SNES, but that's just a rumor.) But then again, it's just a thought.

[sarcasm]You're right about one thing: trying to fit your head in a box and calling it a PC is helpful![/sarcasm]

Although a PC is a good gaming platform, Nintendo teamed up with IBM to provide high quality graphics for the GC, and Microsoft XBox was definitely programmed to act sort of like a computer.

But if you took all the great gaming systems (NES, Sega Genesis, Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, PS2, and XBox to name a few) of the past and combine it with a Windows, Mac, or Linux, it'll be even better than an original PC.

Shows what I know when I watch a little bit of The Screen Savers every now and then. :D

All consoles are is a PC that is standardized, so that developers can easily put games on it without having problems with compatibility(and so saving time & money). It also has a brand name in a prominent place. You want to pay $250 for a brand name, a few games and a useful lifetime of 2-3 years?

Also, don't combine a console with Windows. It would crash all the time and make you pay exorbitant amounts of money for what you should have had anyway. :)

OK, that's enough console wars for now. I'll stop... :D

Not to start a flame war or anything, but you would know this how?

Well, personally I would ask for a drive through KFC, outside my bathroom. But, if you got a budget. Thinking about having a drive through KFC outside your bathroom, is just like the real thing.

Well, if you realy dont want those i suggest you get something usefull, like toilet paper, or some alluminum foil. Actually you can make all kinds of cool things with alluminum foil, like a circle or a square, or a box. The list goes on and on.
