a better PC than the one I have, I am terrible with techno stuff, I like AMD processors I have one now and I find it runs exceptionally weel, because I have played some games where you know they say reccomended and required, well you can play a game with required but it can drag, my AMD palyed some games which I did not have the mhz for. at any rate AMD a while came out with a THunderbird processor, (about 900mhz) they have faster now, but I like the name it sounds cool. and I would like a nice top end 3d graphics card, and a nice set of top end speakers, (i never learnt how to install a joystick propperly) would like to have one some day. a descent sized screen, just neat stuff. I have a good computer retail guy I go to he sets me up with stuff which is dependable which is what i like more really dependable. Colour in keyboards and HD's and Monitors would still be a big plus for the computer world, IBM and Acer make black stuff, and Mac did it's colour trip a while back I think having a computer that went with the curtains would be a good thing.

Well I have:

P4 2.5Ghz 533Mhz FSB

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB

400 W ATX silencer

1 GB RDRAM PC800 (ouch expensive stuff)

16X DVD-ROM

CD Burner (forgot speed)

80GB Harddrive 7200RPM

10GB Harddrive 5200 RPM (Back up harddrive)

Audigy 2 Platnium Sound card

Dell M782p 17" CRT Flat screen Monitor

Klipsch Promedia 5.1 speakers

and more

its an ok machine except for the following:

Motherboard - for I can only upgrad to max Cpu 2.8Ghz supports no HT Technology. I am stuck with PC800 RDRAM ouch I know RDRAM is fizziling out and DDR is once again the fastest. no USB 2.0 have to by card. no onboard Lan. 533Mhz FSB only. No firewire support. (only on my sound card).
