The Seeker
Hey, what's a good download manager that meets these strenuous criteria: 1. is free 2. does not include adware and/or spyware 3. is reliable. Thanks
Mex
Maybe you could try Getright or maybe use Mozilla Firefox.
Jedi_Vogel
here comes the weird opera guy again http://www.opera.com - has inbuilt DL manager (including resume) but FireFox is also good
toms
do opera and firefox allow you to do scheduled downloads, or just resume the files you have saved? I usually just tag all my files and then let them download overnight... but my version of getright seems to have gotten pretty flakey recently... Jedi_Vogel
NOt sure about scheduling but you could most certainly start a bunch of downloads and leave them overnight, so long as your ISP doesn't cut you off or your comp go into standby mode
