Luke'sMaster
Bespin City is in clone wars (Episode Two) Play the game Clone wars (for gamecube) On one of the cinema's Mace Windu states "We just lost the TABANNA GAS COLONIES ON BESPIN. Osis will fall within days." Not sure that the game is telling the truth but I think Bespin was still there back when the council was running. Whoopknacker
If its published by LucasArts then yes it has to be true. Mainly because the creative directors are invovled. It would stink for someone to make up stuff that contradicted the films.
Tyler_Durden
seems as though the galaxy is getting smaller and smaller.

fuzzyfreaker
um... bespins a planet. Making planets just doesn't work that way. Life's not like the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Hey, Xirion, can you build me Naboo?
yaebginn
right, they meant cloud city. and cloud city was made many years ago when a great man hired the ugnaughts to buiold a city in the sky.
Global Strike
I do recall hearing this moment on the clone wars game. But, from all we know, bespin could of just been a colony to see if planet-wide habitation was possible. :jawa
Luke'sMaster
Maybe they were in the process of building the cloud cities so it would be possible. (u know like there living on top of a poisonous gas planet but there high enough so that the gas doesnt hurt them.)
joesdomain
Bespin is a planet thus is was around during the prequel trilogy, but since all information outside the movies is expanded universe we thus can not what Lucas ideas are for when Cloud City started without asking him in person and getting his word. Doomie
bespin still is a real palnet. A gas planet. The city's on bespin are floating cities (cloud city anyone) and so are the tibanna gas colonies. i don't know what this thread is really about, it was kinda vague, but i hope that settles it. Dude 'still a planet back then' ??? then what is that in ESB? A GIANT PLANET-SHAPED BAKED POTATO? EDIT: Sorry, he said 'still there'. Of course it's still there! It's not even right to say 'still there' because it is in the past! Sheesh, this has to be the stupidest thread i ever participated in, and i'm counting my own! God, i don't even have words for it! 'nother EDIT: Gas planets exist! Jupiter is made out of gas, but we don't suddenly have 8 planets!....... There were nine palnets in our solar system right? Anyway, you get what i mean. Still th... God! Last EDIT for now: And another thing: why is this in the battlefront forum? It belongs in the tauntaun. Who chased away the mod? Tfighterpilot? joesdomain
It has been confirmed that the ICe planet with the clonetroopers fighting is Rhen Var, not Hoth. Would of looked wierd to include clonetroopers on Hoth in my opinion!
