Doomie
the hell... EDIT: Hey, that was actually pretty cool. If he'd plastered the walls as well, no water could ever get in... only If it somehow got in, it couldn't get out anymore... wish i had a hole like that, including the internet connection. I can't live without you!... ... forums!

Black Knight of Keno
That would be much better if he would sell the house, but before, improve it and make a window towards the house. Then camouflage the hatch. He'd have a clear shot to the new residents Have fun

TiE23
Hahaha! Me and like 7 other kids dug a hole i our back yard, but it was more like a cave. We only got 4 feet high and about 15 feet long, and 5 feet wide, cause of the hard, dry clay of the Californian desert. WE hard to get rig of it before moving cause they said it was a 'hazard' and would collapse when standing on top of it, after over a year of working on it, we had it collapse it. It too use 3 hours, lots of water, shovels, and 5 kids jumping up and down on it to take it down, and when we left, there was a big ditch in the backyard, even or of a hazard, and really ugly. :\ TiE

Sabretooth
Yeah, secret hide-outs. I've had a couple of 'em. Back in 2000, I and my cousin were exploring a rocky region to the north of his house. I was on vacation there, you know. We found a cute little cave, perfectly carved. One big room and two smaller ones and another, which was actually an entrance to a tunnel which led to the foot of the mountain. We used it as our hangout for like, a month and still use it, at times. My cousin holds "meetings" with his friends there. Next year, I and my cousin (same dude) went down to a shore to stay with my uncle. He was a fisherman and lived near secluded coast, it was like a part of water with natural rock walls on both sides to serve like a bay. We found a small opening to the wall on the beach and found the place inside was pretty cool! It was like a small beach all for ourselves! We built a little shack and set up the place like our own home. It was cool, shacks here and there, treehouses, a weak tower, sandbuildings and all. It was washed up two months later by an oversized, dangerous wave. Luckily, we had been away, and when we come back, the entire place is devastated!
