Stryker412 Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Why are 98% of the "fixes" the ones from 1.1? After looking at the Read-me a little more, I don't think that it's been fully updated. The Tatooine3_Update_Eng.exe DL link hasn't even been made into a link yet.
Lindsey Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 http://support.lucasarts.com/patches/Battlefront.htm 1.11 update included with the map

They added the 0.01 only for the map. And hopefully this will get more people to update their freakin game already!
Rends Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Great Map. Lot of small rooms to hide . I love it. Rends
sadisticmonkey Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I haven't tested it yet, playing guitar , but it sounds fun. EDIT: After playing it I gotta say. This map rules!!!!! I just got 66 kills. An uber grenade map.
Tyler_Durden Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Next update........... mod tools......... i hope. please, PLEASE!!! Oh by the way, great job, devs. You have really gone and raised the bar for Luca$art$ updates. I hope games that come after this one for PC and other platforms follow your example.
Alegis Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Originally posted by Stryker412 Why are 98% of the "fixes" the ones from 1.1? They remove the download links for the previous patches and make the latest one the only downloadable patch, and list ALL the changes since 1.0. Anyone played it yet?
lukeiamyourdad Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I did. You have to create your own MP game though. There is bot support but the map does not appear in the instant action menu. Pretty small map, smallest of them all. The Rancor and attention to small detail makes this perhaps the best eye-candy wise. However, I do not know if this has anything to do with the map but I had a full system crash while I was playing. I only played it 3 times and crashed once so I do not know if it is exactly caused by the map. I'll have to play more to make sure.
TK-8252 Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Originally posted by lukeiamyourdad the map does not appear in the instant action menu. Uh, yeah it is. Just click the bottom map (Yavin 4) and press the down key until it scrolls down.
lukeiamyourdad Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Ah well it seems to need a secret code Seriously, I expected it to just appear there.
TK-8252 Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 No secret code, just scrolling. You don't have to pick Yavin 4, but I do since it's closest to the bottom which makes for less pressing the down key. You'd think they'd put scroll bars on the screen.
lukeiamyourdad Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I know what you meant. Humour really is lost to you. Anyway, that's what I expected. A scroll bar. Dunno why they didn't think about that:¬:
