starmark2k
I know TSL isn't even out yet but i think it is almost certainly going to be a success. So lets help obsidian or whoever gets KOTOR 3 in planing it by telling them what we want. Give suggestions on planets to visit, new team members, story, etc. if this thread does continue after tsl release add spoiler tags if your ideas involve parts of TSL. I would like to see coruscant as a planet and a kel dor (Plo koon and one of the species in jedi academy) as a team mate.

starmark2k
They should also have Character rodian jedi like in jedi acedemy A Gun Gun soldier (I don't know why i just think it would be interesting, but not like Jar jar) a chiss (admiral thraw, from the unknown terrortories) Planets Nadoo (both early threed and underwater city) alderann (I would like to see is) geonosis Bespin ( early cloud city)
PoM
And it's Gungan, not gun gun... 1 gun + 1 gun = = gun gun ^^
RedHawke
Ok... KOTOR III [Nightmare] Opening Crawl Reads: 10 years After KOTOR:TSL the galaxy is in turmoil, the remnants of the Jedi and the Sith have allied both their forces against a new conqueroring evil, evil that is almost unstoppable... Start game... Our Jedi/Sith PC is in command of a Corvette class ship, the XO says to our PC "here comes one of their ships... they are hailing us...", "let me hear it" our PC says... "We are the Borg... lower your shields and surrender your ship... we will add your biological and technological significance to our own... Resistance Is Futile!" [/Nightmare] *Wake up screaming!* Noooooooooooo!!!
ChAiNz.2da
^^ @RedHawke Thanks! Now I'm not going to get any sleep! [cowers in corner, daring not to sleep for fear of having 'this nightmare']
90SK
I'm guessing if they're IS going to be a KotOR III, it will take place much later than KotOR I, maybe 100 years or so. Perhapse your PC would have to unravel the secrets of your KotOR II character's findings/ exploits or something. Hopefully we won't have to endure some sort of awfully concieved NJO-ish storyline, as RH proposed ()
RedHawke
^^^^ Well the nightmare could have been worse; "We are the Sith... lower your shields and surrender your ships... we will add your midichlorianal and technological significance to our own... Resistance Is Futile!" ..........:cyb3::cyb3:..........
PoM
Whoa...really? Well...umm...OK...Might be possible... Lol! That nightmare isn't funny, it's hilarious.

Very little IMO. Oh, and on topic: KOTOR III. It depends what happens in KOTOR II, so for now... no comment.

[start IMHO] Sorry starmark2k, it's just that since Kotor II isn't even released yet (almost 2 months still for the PC version), without having played it and know what gets 'revealed', it's a little pre-mature to start thinking about a III. Sure the devs have probably already (or will) started...but they've already played (and designed) TSL...they know what happens. [/end IMHO] Sorry for the diversion...carry on

I know it is pre-mature but from tje reviews i've been reading (IGN and UK OXM) its going to be good. so a trilogy seems nearly inevitable (SP). at the moment we're only discussing basic ideas like planets that should be visited and possible species in your party. Yeah, I agree. As good as TSL already sounds, a third is definitely not out of the question. Some species I'd like to see (as playable Party Members) 1. Gungan (a non-JarJar type nosa mesa sucks) 2. Gamorrean 3. Weequay 4. Dug (especially for swoop racing) ** Species Pics Here **
Shok_Tinoktin
Well, first off, I would like to see new planets/species. As for pre-existing planets/species: Planets: Ilum Vjun Af'El Duro Alzoc III Coruscant Gand Ithull Lwhekk Species: Gand Defel Chadra-Fan Chiss Noghri Kaminoan P'w'eck Caamasi Ortolan I could go on for hours, but I think thats enough for now. Aleggy
i agree that'll there'll be a kotor 3 but i do think it a little pre-mature to be trying to plan the plot before we've even played kotor 2 as hopefully that'll give us a taste as to what dirrection the games are going but if i was to guess it would start with u being in some kind of state that you dont know whats going on but the sith are trying to take over the universe (again) and its your mission to join/stop them (again) but why stop at a trilogy
stingerhs
i honestly don't have any clue as to what would make a good plot line. however, i do think it would be cool if: 1. your pc could fall in love with and marry an npc (or other things that i'll leave to your imagination) 2. have a plot line that doesn't involve someone trying to conquer the galaxy (it should be getting a bit old by now) 3. you could customize your charater like you can in stg. 4. you could have multiple ways to complete the main quest to make the game more open ended. well, thats all that i can come up with at any rate. illuzion69
2. have a plot line that doesn't involve someone trying to conquer the galaxy (it should be getting a bit old by now) Yeah, but like watching pinky and the brain if done correctly trying to take over the world or galaxy can be a good thing. As for my opinion for a kotor 3 , more pc creation options and a tool set for modding.

Yeah Lwhekk would be awesome...especially to see the Ssi-Ruuk... Think about it: Light side: free the enslaved P'w'eck from the Ssi-Ruuk Dark side: help the Ssi-Ruuk enslave more P'w'eck Also Bakura would be great: that's where the P'w'eck fled to. You could visit their new colonies or somtin... Actually lucasarts should base a game on the Yuuzhan Vong invasions (not necessarily KOTOR though, i think it's out of the timeframe!) Oh and why Ithull? All the ithullians were slaughtered during the mandalorian wars...not much would be going on there...

Now this is starting to make me think, I should have written Star Wars Stories, I probably would have done better... or worse. Samurai DD
Well I have the XBox version of TSL, I am going to buy the PC version too, but bought the XBox cause i couldnt wait. Ive already finished it 1 time, and yes, there will be definetely KOTOR III. I dont want to post spilers, so ill only say that they leave the story really open, if not incomplete. Samurai DD
The planets id like: Naboo Coruscant Corellia Endor Yavin 4 Alderaan Species: Noghri enemies Clawdite stealth party member Some kind of exiled Yuuxhan Vong (well maybe thats absurd) Jawa "dies in every battle" party member An Ishi Tib Maybe a Gungan Falleen (like Prince Xizor) Sullustans Rule! starmark2k
I think we can all agree that we want to see coruscant in the next one for various reasons. but i think they have to have a planet that we have never actually seen but have heard of like alderaan or corillia. ass well as at least 1 with some familliararity from a film like naboo and bespin. and they will likly put in dantooine or korriban as they would be familliar to the players.
Samurai DD
I think they wont repeat dantooine and korriban, cause, I wont say why, after I finished KOTOR 2, these planets have lost their use, theres nothing more you can do in them. If they put them again, it woud be illogical.
