Joshi
The fact that the thread that Re's the thread in question has more posts than the original is intriguing. Just thought I'd say.
Fender
I only have a vintage SG, but one of the guitarists in my band, she has a gibson les paul, and it is a beauty. I don't deserve a real Gibson.

toenail1
p-38 arent made anymore, but when they first came out they were around $750, i got mine for $580 (i was lucky) parkers overall are from around 500-3000 or somewhere around there
edlib
I've always found Parkers to feel a bit flimsy and too lightweight for me. I know they're not fragile, but I can't get used to them. They sound great but just don't have the weight or girth that I'm used to in a guitar. But I started on a Les Paul, so that colors my experience with every other guitar I try. Even my Strat is pretty heavy and bulky for a Fender.

edlib
Well, it's a natural progression. Guitars lead to music. Music leads to dancing. Dancing leads to romance. Romance leads to passion. Passion leads to sex. Sex leads to pregnancy. So, as you can see: All life begins with the guitar. Yufster has a guitar too,.. no?
Fender
Perhaps we should discuss this further in that new magical forum, Pit o' ye Guitares! http://www.lucasforums.com/pregnancy/guitars/meaning-of-life.htm

Guitars lead to music. Music leads to dancing. Dancing leads to sex. Sex leads to pregnancy. This is why people in Britain don't have a "Prom" as such. Oh who am I kidding, the amount of times we all go out, get drunk and get laid, it makes no difference really. Warning; Not talking of personal experiance... really. Ray Jones
Everyone knows that guitarists can have any sex just for the fact they are guitarists.
