:confused: err... no...

 

with saber mechanics, it's the center (color) crystal that activates the actual model for the saber...

 

It doesn't, however, mean that once you get the USM... you can't add whatever properties to the saber you want... ;) (for personal use that is)....

 

While you won't be able to use RedHawke's crystal, it is compatible with the USM... :D

Ya, stickys are only there to keep important infomation from getting lost.

 

When ever something new in this mods development comes along we will post about it :) so if the thread gets burred for a awhile it just means that there is nothing new to talk about yet ;)

It's in the thread ED ;)

 

I meant that the USM isn't just about getting sabers from a container... there's alot of custom scripts & dialogs being applied to the game.

 

I've also constructed a placeable that has multiple uses.. plus can be used by other modders looking for a way to get their stuff into the game ;)

roughly 70-75% (possibly higher).. but we still need some finalizing and testing to make sure this works.

 

allmoast done? awesome can't wait to get this mod!!!!

Ok here is a little more info on what I'm doing. I am also adding some new training options for each jedi trainable npc, So depending on the starting class of your PC you will get specific options to futher train the npcs. (Thanks to Stoffe for the scripts that made this possible)

 

Each Jedi Trainable NPC will also be able to build their own lightsaber After they become a jedi. Each of your Padawans lightsabers will be restricted to them(the Lightsabers will have a couple stats to Improve there affectiveness in Battle. nothing Unbalancing), BUT you will have the option later of asking them to build you one these lightsabers. Although they will NOT have the added Bonuses that the npc restricted ones do. :p

 

Later in the game After you have built your first Lightsaber Bao-Dur will be able to help you build Several of the new hilts provided you have found one of the crystals and have 1200 credits "for parts" I'm still not sure if I want to make the credits a requirment or the PC possesing one of the games Standard hilts( which Bao-Dur will breakdown then use the parts to build a new hilt) ;)

 

All the cutscene's with Jedi masters wielding lightsabers have been scripted so that they use our USM Lightsabers. If you Kill a Jedi Master you will be able to take their lightsabers from there corpse. (thanks to Darth333 for getting me started in the right direction to make this possible)

 

All cutscene's With Darth Sion and Darth Nihilus have been scripted so they use our USM lightsabers.

 

When Kreia joins your party on Peragus she will Get "Kreia’s walking stick" Lightsaber made by svösh(It will be restricted to Kreia).

 

After Visas joins you and has recoved a bit She will Also build a new Lightsaber(also Restricted to Visas)

 

Ok I hope that this is enough to keep you guys interested ;)

Very impressive skin, with models, in my opinion, the skin makes the hilt, and you certainly don't dissappoint svösh, very detailed and very impressive :thumbsup::thumbsup:

um if they are on this thread I think they know what mod you are talking about and if the don't then they need help;)

 

anyway is there going to be a way to get the jedi masters sabers with out killing them cuz I'm anti dark side at the moment

this mod looks awesome! im totally stoked. can we see maybe a few of the ones the exile can make? just so we know what we are choosing when we choose it?

 

btw i love kavars! the design totally fits how he looks EXACTLY like david hasselhoff.
