She has a history of pulling scams on big corperations in order to sue them for a big settlement. Plus: Nobody along the Wendy's chili food-processing chain would admit to losing a finger, and certainly not a delicate woman's finger with a french manicure. You think that would have gotten noticed somewhere along the line. The most disturbing thing I have heard so far is that it was suspected that she got the finger off a relative of hers that recently died.
