JediLoki Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 how far is it possible to accend on the meter? My thing is clearly above where the meter ends. i got +3 constitution for going over the bar, but is there even further?
ChAiNz.2da Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 nope, you've achieved Lightside Mastery... now try for the opposite end of the scope hehehe...
M1911A1 Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 I've never played DS on either game and NEVER intend to lol! Game or not, I cannot stand being so, so... so evil lol! Not to mention that I would never have my player look like a corpse.
JediLoki Posted August 10, 2005 Author Posted August 10, 2005 Well, i was going to do that with my next character, but i've heard that is alot harder.
Achilles Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 DS mastery is actually a little easier. Remember that the DS is the quick and easy path
M1911A1 Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 Yah, well, it would be immensely difficult for me, I could never...
JediLoki Posted August 11, 2005 Author Posted August 11, 2005 but people have said it is harder to stay DS, don't know why though.
BawBag™ Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 Shouldn't be any harder to stay DS..... A bonus of Darkside is definetly more credits.
Soogz Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 Darkside is definately easier, I always play lightside like five times before I play dark side tho, lol.
Larke Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 I play lightside because its more rewarding and challenging then being a thug, which face it is what the Darkside PC turns out to be pretty much. PC "Im going to kill you now for a measely sum of credits!" *lightsabre spinning* NPC "Oh no! I'll try and defend myself as feebly as possible then!" *sounds of NPC being sliced apart by three dark side thugs* PC "Alright ten credits! totally a score."
Prime Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 I play lightside because its more rewarding and challenging then being a thug, which face it is what the Darkside PC turns out to be pretty much.I agree with that. That is one thing I am disappointed with in regards to the dark side path. You can't be evil like Palpatine, you are just a big bully...
Larke Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 Im sure Vadar started out beating up helpless civilians. After slaying all the jedi of course, that was more of an introductory thingo.
SpaceAlex Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 Im sure Vadar started out beating up helpless civilians. After slaying all the jedi of course, that was more of an introductory thingo. After slaying the children in the academy, you mean? "What have i done?" - "Become my apprentine. Learn to use the dark side of the force." "I'll do whatever you ask" - "Goooooddd" And then he proceeds to kill children. A "little" strange, don't you think? I think Lucas is getting too old for making movies. He's not thinking rationaly anymore. Anyway. I either play light side or neutral. I'm never a complete bully. It's just, well, stupid.
Larke Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 I dunno it woulda been creepy if the Emperor went all Jackson and invited the children back to his room so they could "touch the darkside" I find it more challenging to be a lightside character, one smart mouth comment and there goes your force mastery! The first time i played KOTOR2 i stayed neutral the whole game and never became a prestige class. Come to think of it he was probably my best character a mix of lightside and darkside powers, Hmm bordering on a true sith there.... NOOOOOOOO
Larke Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 Technically you cant die, since you just reload a saved game. Ha
The_Maker Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 Now I see why Jorak Uln(sp) is most displeased with such imputant students he keeps receiving
