With so many ships from the Star Wars universe still unaccounted for, whats on your wish list and why?

Post away!

It would be nice to see some older Republic era ships, and to have them available in the beginning so that they could be replaced later by more powerful vessels....

btw can someone help me identify that Rebel starship (large one, round with two fins pointing down - i thought it was a Bulwark cruiser but i don't think so) and the other one - i think Imperial, loking like Eidolon class ship.

Both are shown here

Rebel ship being the one in front on the left, at the very edge of the screenshot, and the Imperial vessel flying as escort for ISD.

I voted TIE interceptor, it would be insane not to include this if there are A-wings. Same could be said for B-wings.

As much as I'd like to see the SSD, I just wonder how they would incorporate it since it's so huge. Star Destroyers look big enough in this game already, how would an SSD be controlled? Similar way the death star is? If so, then bring it on, I'd love to see the SSD.

But how could the Z-95 be implemented? Even though it's supposed to be the precourser to the X-Wing (maybe the Headhunter could upgrade into the X-Wing), the developers would more likely use the ARC-170, as it's 'movie approved.'

As for what I want, definently the SSD. Ingame, it could basically control like one stupidly huge star destroyer with less manuverability but more firepower.

Im glad they included the Interdictor cause its my favorite ship, but out of this list I would like the SSD, cause like all you said it wouldnt be star wars w/o it. Also you have to have TIE Interceptors and B-Wings cause they are in the movies and they are essential, at least i think so. Im not too picky about prequel ships, but I would love to see the Z-95 cause it was in the game X-wing vs. Tie fighter and that game was sweet for its time. (I loved playing that game when i was little). I wonder if they will do the Star Destroyer II and Victory star destroyer II thing like in rebellion, i always thought that was weird.

anyways thats my thoughts,

nate

Why did you think it was weird?

Well I thought it was weird because the ships looked the same in every other way except that there name was different and how many troops and ships it could hold, and strength. Maybe if they changed the look up a bit. I dont know its just me. lol.

No no if I had a pic of tie's then it would be the tie defender, it is cooler then the interceptor.

Anyways I go for B-wing, I think its the most unloved republic fighter, and it has every kind of small weapon: laser cannons, ion cannons, proton torpedos. Its the true anti-ship fighter for the rebels.

See, this poll should have allowed multiple votes. I mean, I would LOVE for the Venator (Republic Attack Cruiser) to be in, as well as the Banking Clan Frigate. Having said that, it would be just plain stupid not to include such staples as the TIE Interceptor and B-wing.

Well, the grafics engine wasn't the greatest when it comes to Rebellion. :)

But there are differences between the ISD mkI and the ISD mkII, such as better hull, better shielding, better weapons systems. Visually, it has some noticable changes aswell. They got rid of many of the larger cannons, like the quad laser cannons in the brim section, aswell as replacing the heavy dobble-barreled cannons (12 turbolaser barrels and 4 ion cannon barrels) with a 64 barreled system. The top antenna array was layed down instead of standing uppright, which is the most notable change (compare the ISD's in ANH and the ones you see in later movies)
