What were your favorite parts of the game?

What were your absolute favorite parts of the game, the ones that you looked forward too and couldn't wait for. Mine are The Leviathian, and Korriban. The Leviathan has so many enemies and cool items, it is also kind of hard at parts; You also get some cool parts where you have to break out as another character. I am on it right now with my current game.

I liked Korriban too, as for The Leviathan, it is hard, has cool items, and has lots of enemies. I LOVE clearing out the academy, it is so fun to just slaughter all of the Sith in there. I also have a question, too, about Korriban, I heard somewhere that you can

Turn Yuthura Bann lightside, when you fight with Uthar and then have to fight with her, and by doing this she lets you go, but all the Sith attack you in the academy. I have fought her and she says that she will not hinder me from leaving, but I don't think I turned her LS, is there someway to do this? And don't you get to see her outside the Enclave if you do this?

You have to become her friend by convincing her to tell you her story and in the final fight you help her and when she turns on you, you say something like you can turn back to the LS if it works she goes to the acadamy on Danntonnie she at the far end by the lower level entrance.

My favorite bit in K1 is korriban because it so good to go to the acadamy and train plus i like doing the lightside stuff on korriban plus i also like dantonnie because you also get to train there

my favorite part was probably the Escape From The Leviathan mission...a fun twist on the standard OH NOES YOU'VE LOST ALL YOUR CRAP! mission common to video games (see for example the first Dark Forces =)...and the Star Forge run, just an absolute onslaught of Sith troops and Dark Jedi.

My least favorite parts were the damn level cap and the fight with Malak that i was totally unprepared for my first time through the game due to the aforementioned cap...man, did i level my character up badly.

The Leviathan defintiely. Its KoTOR's The Empire Strikes Back: the earth-shattering revelation, the fight the hero is destined to lose, and the capture of one of the major supporting characters. That has to be the darkest point in the story.

My second favorite is definitely the duel with Malak. The first time you step through that door and you hear the music thumping you just know that this is it, and as you walk up the ramp you can see Malak standing in this huge chamber, with a battle raging outside, simply full of drama and emotion.

Every single Carth bit, especially the Leviathan, yeah. But others are good too. I have them all individually bookmarked as saves now ;-). Ahem.

Though my favorite bit of dialog in the game is with the Elder Rekata. From memory:

Rekata: "Last time you said you'd destroy the Star Forge, you betrayed us. Why should we help you?"

PC: "Uh...I need to destroy the Star Forge."

My favorite parts?

When I talk to Bastila, when I walk with Bastila. When I hold hands with Bastila. When I drink with Bastila. When I dance with Bastila. When I play my Bon Jovi tapes for Bastila.......

Other favorite parts?

The Leviathan. It's like facing a gauntlet. Running through this ship and opening doors you shouldn't be opening and fighting with various dark Jedi, soldiers, and Sith apprentices. It's one of the best experiences in the game. When it start, you can select the other NPC's to escape the situation. Wish I could have been Zaalbar though.

I wanted to be Zaalbar too. Maybe since bowcasters are supposed to be deconstructable, he could break it down, then act like he was given some drug as a wookiee slave for Revan. There would be a new creature holding room, and he would pretend to be stunned or whatever and then would reassemble his bowcaster and break out.

I actually liked Taris... the planet was the most well developed and fleshed out of all the planets in KOTOR, the tons of small quests, the Dueling Ring, the gang war, the swoop racing, rescuing the Spoiled Jedi Princess... er'... damsel in distress :D(Yeah that's it!), whereas all the other planets were quite linear in comparison.

Kashyyyk is always my second choice to have last, just because of the difference:

The machine recognises you immediately, more or less.

Has anyone tried doing Kashyyyk early and then going back to the machine to see what it has to say? I've never done that.

I favorite part would have to be after I resuced Bastilla and I took her into the military base on Taris. I thought it was freakin' cool that she had a lightsaber. (don't forget this was basically my first Star Wars game involving jedi) Then I got to be a jedi and I decided this was the best game I've ever played.
